Cancellations and Refunds

At DNA On Demand, our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness.

  • Refunds are available if the DNA test has not been performed or if the DNA kits or supplies have not been shipped.

  • Refund policy will follow as listed: Client will receive a refund of 100% if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a $50 administration service fee.

  • If sample recollection is necessary and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued, though the test can be rescheduled.

  • We advise that estimated test completion times are discussed at scheduling and confirmed during testing; while we strive to deliver results on time, occasional delays may occur.

Once testing has commenced, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided.
